1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Crystal AI Club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Crystal AI Club provides a monthly drop of AI tools, guides, courses, a community, and a newsletter. Features and content may change over time as we improve the service.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Membership plans & billing
We offer a free tier and paid plans (Member, Music, Pro, and Max).
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- We will give advance notice by email before any price change.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel any time from your account through the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee — email hello@crystalai.club to request a refund.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or resell access to member tools and content.
- Copy, redistribute, or publish our tools, guides, or course material outside the service.
- Abuse, harass, or spam other members.
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a licence to display and store that content as part of running the service. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaks these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The tools, designs, code, and written material we publish belong to Crystal AI Club. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership.
9. AI tools disclaimer
Our tools use AI and are provided "as is". Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before relying on them. Nothing in the service is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Stripe and Claude. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their actions.
11. Disclaimers & liability
To the extent allowed by law, Crystal AI Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though some clauses survive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will announce material changes by email or on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The final jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms will be confirmed during legal review.
