Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything works in the browser. If you can copy and paste, you are fine.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One click in your account, through the Stripe billing portal. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?
No — the free tier is the trial. Brand Kit Maker, Bio Generator, and Name Generator are free forever, plus the newsletter, no card needed.
Do you offer refunds?

When do new tools drop?
The first Tuesday of every month. Pro and Max get a one-week early-access window.
What is a Live Artifact?
An interactive AI tool that runs inside Claude — no setup, no API key. Click the link, use it immediately.
What if I miss a month?
Every past month stays in your library for as long as you are a member. No FOMO.

Community & privacy

Can free users post in the community?
Free users can read everything. Posting threads and replies requires Member ($12) or higher.
Do you sell my data?
No. We store your email, name, and subscription state. Stripe handles payment data — we never see your card.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email hello@crystalai.club and we erase everything within 7 days.
